BP Evaluation among the Identified Individuals with Hypertension

Updated the BP monitoring list of our identified hypertensives. Barangay Health workers became the responsible persons and became point persons of their BP stations. This is to increase the accessibility of blood pressure monitoring in far flung areas. Newly hypertensive individuals will be assessed as necessary. Patients with hypertensive crisis will be given fast-acting BP lowering agents care of the health center.
