COVID-19 Vaccination for Senior Citizens

The Department of Health (DOH) coordinated with the Department of Social Welfare and Development to conduct a covid vaccination for senior citizens. As the senior citizen meeting took place, an update on their COVID vaccination allowed them to receive social benefits. The medical students assisted the vaccination booster program and were assigned to address any vaccine hesitancies among the senior citizens. Majority of the senior citizens complied and were eager to get the vaccine booster and some were skeptical of the idea that social benefits are being restricted if they opt out of the COVID vaccine booster.
