Immunization Day and MUAC Training with the BHWs

Immunization day is a busy day for our BHWs. The cries of our chikitings filled the barangay health center. Together with our Nurse Ma'am Glace reviewed with us the different types of vaccines provided by the government, bridging the gap between theory and practice. We also conducted training for our newly recruited BHWs. The Barangay nutrition scholars led the MUAC training and reviewed the proper technique on measuring MUAC. This provided the newly barangay health workers to immediately practice their newly learned knowledge as there were children in the vicinity.
