Mass Gathering of Moringa Leaves for the Homemade Supplemental Food

One key ingredient for the production of homemade supplemental food is the Moringa leaves. They are rich in vitamins A, C, B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6 and Folate. They are also rich in magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc. The team reached one resident that plants moringa to sell at their store. The owner just then gave the moringa leaves for free, she also included cuttings for us to plant in our place. Bundles of moringa leaves were then collected and arranged. These were then rinsed and air-dried, preparing them to be later on pulverized and be incorporated in the homemade supplemental food.
