Purok Health Teaching for Dengue 4s and Larvicidal Application on Dengue Prone Areas

For 1 week straight, the team conducted a Purok Health Teaching and placing of Larvicides on areas where water is prone to stagnate especially on rainy seasons. Health education Pamphlets were distributed in each household after a health teaching. The importance of a clean environment were highlighted in the health teaching, the symptoms of Dengue Fever were also included in the health education in order for community people to identify early and consult a physician as early as possible in the case where Dengue Fever is suspected.
